Our grinding mill sizing methodology is not based on textbook equations, but on hundreds of industrial audits on almost every kind of grinding circuit. Our audit-based models include the following unit operations:

• SAG/AG mills
• Rod Mills
• Ball Mills
• Verti Mills
• Cyclones
• Pumps

For SAG/AG sizing we can interpret either SGS or JKTech hardness data. We estimate grinding circuit capacities and provide mass and water balances of the circuit ,including the size distribution of all streams for a range or ore types. The information generated is then used for formulating design criteria and equipment specifications.
